Diversity in the Workplace

At this point, it is clear that diversity, equity and inclusive practices need to become forefront of all corporate practices in all sectors in Ontario.  No business can be successful if they are not promoting employment equity, safe, accessible work spaces, and equitable policies and procedures.

with that being said…

Dr. Robin DiAngelo is clear on the impact of diversity initiatives within organizations.  Be prepared… there are ways to manage resistance. “How white people handle diversity training in the workplace”.
